Pros

Good advancement opportunities. If you stick around you will more than likely advance.

Cons

HIGH. VERY VERY HIGH deductions from pay. I estimated about a 62% retention of pay following healthcare.

Pros

Your manager will make or break your experience here. Mostly because they determine your performance evaluation and how quickly or slowly you move. It will depend if this manager is easily swayed by other factors on whether some people get promoted faster than others, and it's not always based on merit. I would never ask a friend to come work here, as I don't see how the pros outweigh the cons.

Cons

Advancement is dependent on your direct supervisor and if they decide to not like you for standing your ground on principle then you can potentially miss out on years of advancement because of it.
