Toxic Work Environment, Managers without morals, ethics, or a conscious. Also, they gaslight. It does not matter what is promised or placed in an offer letter (written agreement); they will attempt to weasle their way out of being accountable to the written and signed employment contract/agreement. IRS has a very high turn over rate. Seek employment with another federal agency or private sector.
