Paid pennies to deal with a lot of stress from the company nitpicking at every little thing a CR does. Dealing with angry taxpayers and not able to tell them the truth about their returns because you will get a bad call review. Does not believe in a proper work /life balance. Probationary period for 1 full year and nobody helps out if you have a serious issue they all just turn their heads and leave you to deal with things or you start getting mistreated. Management is horrible! High turn-over rate because the training class does not truly prepare you to take phone calls.
