      Decent place to work but could be better

      Pros

      - Every employee gets access to a retirement account - Bi-weekly leave accruals(annual and sick) - Very particular about closing during inclement weather

      Cons

      - If you want to start working here, get ready for some workplace drama here and there. Closer to a high school than a federal office. - If you're used to being in business causal to business professional; drop that at the door, more people wearing pajamas than anything.

      The benefits, sedentary and air conditioned position.

      Cons

      Everything from the job itself. Micromanaging every second, every break, every lunch, every call, every day. On top of an already overwhelming information dump of training. Never had an issue with coworkers or management, but get ready for nonsense every day.
