Pros

You get a lot amount of vacation days (if they let you use them)

Cons

Very hostile work environment. If you make it through the grueling 3 month training class (which is a complete waste of time) then you spend you days full time in a box answering phones of angry customers. I was cussed at, swore at, and threatened on a daily basis of the customers. Not for the faint of heart. It's an insane amount of work and extreemly taxing for a little more than minimum wage. Extremely high turn over. I have a few friends here when I first started and they all quit by 4 months in. They also have you work about 8 months a year depending on demand and you are furloughed the rest o the year until they need you back (that is without pay).

Pros

Benefits and Accrued time off for Sick & Annual every pay period.

Cons

If you are claustrophobic don’t work for the “C-Site” location. It’s in a cave. You also have no cell service. This location also requires climbing ladders up to a full story. If you have a heights issue, it’s not for you. Horrible Management. Favoritism. Growth and moving up only happens based on who you know and who’s butt you kiss and how hard. This is the same for both the Downtown campus and C-Cite. The management will not correct or punish those who have passed their probation period, are minority, or have relatives working there as well. If you are white.. they will go after you first. Lots of Fake, back stabbing, lazy employees. The hard workers get pushed out and are targeted for this. LOTS AND LOTS OF DRAMA!! Clicks. The Union “NTEU” is the same. They protect who they like. With the management being buddy buddy with many.. you won’t have a chance. The management memorizes the Handbook and know how to work the system to cover their bums. This is why it’s great for “High Schoolers” Shutdowns are bad. You might be forced to work with no pay. And you have to show up or you will be terminated.
