Health Benefits and that’s it

Cons

Subject to abuse by management, gaslighting, union works with management, EEO is a joke, and people are just plain nasty and miserable.

Pros

- Benefits. Stability. - Rewarding if you enjoy intricate high-pressure problem solving

Cons

- In my opinion, this job offers endless anxiety/frustration if you are someone who prefers to know what to do BEFORE answering constant taxpayer calls. - Potentially stagnant, unmotivating, discouraging, standard florescent-lit desk job giant call center environment - Every minute of your day not spent on the phone must be logged, accounted for and explained. Everything is timed and monitored.
