Pros

Federal employee Benefits and that’s about it.

Cons

Toxic work environment, disorganized training for pathway recent graduates, team members always treating you as an outsider and not willing to teach. Coworkers will take credit for your work. Not a team environment. Rude behavior is encouraged….stay away!

Pros

Easy work, very simple to pickup Lots of benefits, easy to build up sick and vacation time, insurance, etc Pay scale is simple and consistent, you work a year you get a pay raise for a certain amount, no ambiguity/favoritism

Cons

It's government work, so lots of unnecessary red-tape/silly procedures Working phone calls can be difficult, often you'll have people in dire situations, evictions, medical bills, etc and often you can provide little to no help. Can be very depressing.
