Challenging, learned a lot, good benefits Lots of overtime.

Cons

Very low pay and high stress while working on the phones. New administration took away some benefits. They say it takes three years to be fully skilled in the position so a lot of time is wasted and a lot of mistakes are made during that time, which negatively impacts taxpayers.
