The first year is worse than boot camp. You are controlled and watched incessantly, in person and remotely through your computer. You MUST do everything required within the 8 hour work day assigned. Some managers actually give constructive criticism and help you learn. Others must feel threatened because you are written up for EVERY minor or big mistake, and no mercy given remembering that you are in training and the manager is supposed to be teaching.

Horrible, absolutely horrible training. My trainer was incompetent. Training materials were nonexistent and the few handouts they provided had scribbles all over them. Phony managers. Nosy co-workers who don't understand work boundaries. Some of the staff have been there for 30 plus years and don't even have basic computer skills - not kidding. I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t graduate from high school. No one bothered to show me where the restrooms were on my first day or where the canteens were or "what" they were. No one told me anything about the cafeteria or that there was water available there and an ATM machine...the little things that matter. I would advise everyone to skip this place. This is just the tip of the iceberg. All the managers have a very uncaring and phony attitude. Plus, the Fresno Service Center is closing down in Nov. 2021.
