Pros

The flexibility to work the hours you wanted based on scheduling appointments around your day. The supervision is to dictated no flexibility with management making the decisions.

Cons

The amount of work versus the training was no comparison. You are given an abundance of cases without proper training. In addition you are not allow to seek help from other agents when in training. You are only allowed to ask the OJI.
