Pros

Flexibility, great mentors, vast array of opportunities, job stability, and overall great teamwork from co-workers.

Cons

Seasonal peaks not as long in certain departments, pay freezes every now and then, hardly any recognition from upper management, training can be sub-par at best depending on department.

Pros

I have gained a lot of experience in the field of taxes and can use this knowledge in my everyday life. I met a lot of new people over the seasons and the training somewhat prepares you for what to expect on the floor.

Cons

Training should be more in depth for the different areas the contact representative deal with. This position only starts out as a permanent seasonal and your season could last anywhere from 6 -11 months just depends on the budget.

Pros

Good people to work with. Training is continual for specific task. Benefits are available if you can work more than 6 months in one season.

Cons

You are a very small cog in a very large machine. Position is seasonal with very little chance of getting permanent status. Pay tends to be on the low side, but shift differential helps.
