Pros

* Good Benefits * Good Pay * No weekends * Holiday Pay *Understand tax laws and how government works

Cons

Usual call center environment your micromanaged down to how long your in the restroom. Your calls are reviewed by supervisors an managers some who have no clue how to even do your job. Your pretty much chained to your desk rules change daily & some of the training instructors need to be removed from their trainer position because reading verbatim from the training manual is not an effective teaching method. No opportunity for growth because promotion is more on a buddy system with upper management. Would only recommend job if some one wants to learn more about the tax law, looks good on your resume or if you thrive in a call center environment.
