They have great people that are smart and move the company forward. You will learn a lot from the industry.

Cons

The company is a sales driven company, it's main focus is sales. They prioritize sales and don't invest on employees or product development. This company can be a great company if the people making the decisions weren't so greedy.

There is always room for growth. Collaborative and positive team members.

Cons

If you are local you must come into the office. However, if you don't live close you can be remote. This is not really a con but it's all I can think of.
