      Pros

      Good environment for challenges and exchange experiences among others employees. There are a number of benefits such as meal tickets, bonus and private pension.

      Cons

      Managers are not prepare to lead and advise their employees and also there are many bureaucratic process to do the job and meet deadlines. The rage of work hours is heavy.
