      Pros

      - Lot of good work to be done and so a great training ground for learning about banking - Exposure to senior management

      Cons

      - Sexism, racism - Higher management levels of Santander UK made up of Spanish people who are in that position due to who they know and not due to management or banking knowledge. So much so that if UK implements the 'accountability for senior management' proposal, most of them will run back to Spain

      Pros

      The only positive comment that can made is that the compensation level has been good given the limited amount of challenging work that has been required.

      Cons

      There are so many issues that exist at this organization (as well as the other 'partner' organizations within the "Group"). The combination of arrogance and dysfunction results in an operating model that produces extremely poor results that leave business partners with substandard solutions. There is a total lack of meaningful planning and all activities are executed in 'fire drill' mode.
