Difficult to get promoted. Your senior PM can speak highly of you and recommend promotions, but the decision is ultimately up to the Ops Manager.

Really good people who care about quality and safety.

Cons

Many of their system processes are redundant and cause you to have to do the same task multiple times. Uses Build ACC, which has syncing issues and often causes work to lost or randomly won't let you open files.
