      Pros

      ISF offers great opportunities for its staff. Great Benefits and care about work-life balance. Good salary compensation, health care, 401k company match, bonuses, PTO.

      Pros

      Good pay, good bonuses for earning certifications.

      Cons

      About a week after I started I was switched to working on completely different work than what was posted in the job posting and described in the interview. Was not provided the opportunities promised in interview and overall constantly set up for failure. Work lifecycle as described when starting was not present at all in practice.
