      Pros

      I have more than 10 years working for ISF, I recommend this company based on my experience. some of the good points are: stability, annual salary review/increment, easy access to managers, good health plan, and profit bonus sharing.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons in mind about ISF.

      Pros

      Love working for this company. Management listens to my professional needs. When faced with a family issue, ISF worked with me so that I could keep my job yet attend to my situation. Pay is fair and co-workers are smart, dedicated, and talented.
