The company is very stable and balances growth with long term stability. Upper management is approachable and always available to hear new ideas or issues. Always pushing to develop better software. Flexible in balancing work and family. Custom solutions can be high pressure development environments ISF does a good job of helping balance work and family. We have a great group of co-workers that care about each other.

Very little about working at ISF is negative.

When I started my full time in ISF, I was a new grad with few experience. Our team helped me a lot and I learned many skills from our projects. ISf would do yearly salary review which makes my effort worthy. Very enjoy the company culture and will definitely continue my career here.
