      -Best work/life balance I've experienced -Mature company with healthy HR policies in place, but not afraid to evolve those policies to meet modern workplace standards and expectations, and quickly if necessary -Company culture is very healthy, supportive and professional -Resource library is robust and I have everything I require to allow me to execute my role

      Unprofessional sales team, sales leadership is inept, untrained, unprofessional, petty, trivial and not innovative. The organization does not have in house capabilities.
