      Pros

      ISF is a forward-thinking and dynamic company. Coworkers are great, and with everything being fully remote, you can't beat it. No micromanagement, and management cares about your well being. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get into management consulting or technology and development.

      Pros

      Very horizontal hierarchy. You never feel too far removed from senior leadership, and know that your voice is heard.

      Cons

      As a smaller company, insurance premiums are fairly high. Wages are high enough to keep compensation package competitive.
