Pros

I love my job, the people I work with and our customers. On a daily basis I have the opportunity to collaborate with incredible colleagues that propel ISO Claims Partners forward. I feel support and positivity from all corners of the organization. I have worked here for over six years and I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else. The culture is awesome – everyone works hard and it is truly a fun place to work. The recent changes in executive leadership have been very positive and there is climate where ideas and feedback are encouraged from every place in the organization – and they will all be listened to and acted upon quickly! There is definitely a climate that fosters innovative and creative ideas.

Cons

The office needs updating and we need a space that reflects the fun, vibrant and dynamic company that we are. The good thing is that the office is currently going through a major renovation!

Pros

Like the reviewer before me, I was very surprised to see such critical reviews specifically where it related to the leadership team and the work / life balance. I have been with the company for several years and have seen the leadership team change. Currently, it seems stronger than ever and currently we benefit from an energetic group of leaders that are committed to growth and positive change. With respect to work / life balance I would say that this company has it nailed more than any other I have ever worked for. Are we asked to work hard - absolutely. Do we need to occasionally work long hours to achieve goals - yes. However, this hard work is acknowledged through incentives, free food, bonus, bonus days off, etc. and if not acknowledged through these "perks" there is always an appreciation and a sincere thank you. I guess if you want a strict 9-5 job with no strings attached this is not the place for you. This is definitely a team atmosphere where you need to work together and work hard to achieve goals. The upshot (in addition to the ones I have listed previously) is that you truly feel part of a team / family. Not only does staff support each other professionally but I have also seen the company rally behind any employee that has needed assistance personally and that goes a long way for me.

Cons

Can get very busy at the end of month / quarter. There is focus on how to sustain more consistent work levels throughout however, to date, this is still a work in progress.

Pros

Before I posted my comment I read the reviews that came before me and was quite shocked at the perception from some, most namely what appears to be disgruntled prior employees. My experience has been quite different and likely is because of a positive, can do, passionate about this business attitude; Which is a common trait among this group. The team at ISO Claims Partners has overwhelmingly been filled with support and unmatched energy. There were recent executive management changes that have resulted in a great deal of positives for our office and the customers we serve. I know I'm working with and for a team of executives at ISO Claims Partners that wants to do the right thing by their employees and their customers. At the end of the day I'm thankful to work with so many people who love what they do, and day in and day out give it their all.

Cons

The Seltzer water is constantly empty in the vending machine, but I believe the on site catering will fix this tiny complaint.
