Too many cons for only one pro.

Pros

Work from home Fridays is a pro.

Cons

Low salary, large workload, no room for growth. You will be working for people who have inflated job titles and you will quickly learn that they spend their day delegating the tasks they don't want to down to you. Even when you receive any kudos, you know it is insincere.

No Appreciation

Pros

Some great friendships with a few co-workers. Professional looking office. End of month snack day. Free parking. Not much else to say.

Cons

Way too many!!! No regonition or appreciation when you go above and beyond to better the company. Continuously revolving door of employees. Management recognizes and promote the same people who just happen to be their close friends and not the people who really deserve it. No company I have ever worked for in my long career has operated like this. Look for the negative in their employees and are blind to all the great things they do. Very low salary. Well below the normal median. Verisk is blind to what is truly going on here.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. It is disappointing to hear that your experience at ISO Claims Partners is not matching our goal of being the best place you have ever worked. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I'm disappointed to hear that this is not your current experience. Employee recognition is something we care deeply about and that is why we have rolled out the peer-to-peer SAVI recognition program, the fun “Top Banana” award, monthly employee “Shout Outs” on our TV monitors around the office, as well as continue with our Orange Chair award on a quarterly basis. From your profile, it looks like you are a current employee of ISO Claims Partners. I’d love to meet with you to discuss your concerns about the levels of recognition. As you know, our HR staff always maintains an open door policy as well as confidentiality. Specific feedback is always most helpful and constructive in addressing any issue that we may be unaware of. Please reach out to me directly at hneheily@iso.com and I would be happy to set up a time for us to discuss your concerns. Thank you for your ongoing contribution and feedback.

Pros

Lots of growth both as an individual and for the company. Sad about other reviews - clearly those people lacked the talent. For those that want a career with growth and opportunities THIS IS AN AMAZING PLACE.

Cons

Hard to think of any. We have had such a great run, new office layout, awesome annual meeting, new products, investment in people and training. If anything negative it would be higher pay.
