Not a good company to work for

Pros

Early stages of the company were amazing, founder was a great leader and an inspiring manager. You didn't mind working 70+ hours per week for him.

Cons

Politics galore. New leader promotes who they like, fires who they don't. Overtime "isn't mandatory" but if you don't work your life away they don't respect you. Low morale, employees don't trust senior team.

Business Model: Backstab Anyone

Pros

It's a job. In this market, I guess having a job is better than not having one?

Cons

It's difficult to call this a company. There is ZERO organization and it's all about who you know. But even that might not help you, especially when they hire new management who are just looking to make a name for themselves. Which is a bad strategy, considering how small this company is and how anything you do here won't help you if you decide to move on.

Strategic Oversight Shortcomings

Pros

Pretty good benefits. Strong community of highly-motivated, highly-talented individuals. Mosts days I really loved coming to work because of my team.

Cons

This company has struggled recently through some very hard transitions that were probably not planned with the foresight maybe they should have been. And no amount of grit and determination from the staff was able to contain the fallout. The poor transitions led to a shrinking budget which in turn resulted in lost opportunities for may talented professionals who either lost their jobs or sought better opportunities elsewhere.

ISO Claims Partners Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We know the company saw a lot of change this year and while change can be difficult, it sometimes is necessary. A large part of that change in 2015 was reorganization of our services department in order to provide an enhanced client experience as well as development opportunities for our employees. We are so excited to see that those changes have been a huge success on both fronts. We are extremely excited about the development opportunities for our staff in 2016 but always want to hear from you. As you know, ISO Claims Partners has consistently encouraged employees to provide feedback on how we can continually make improvements to make our organization the best place to work. We genuinely want to have as much open, honest, and transparent dialogue as possible so we would love to hear from you on what other improvements we can make at the company. As an employee who has left the organization, I wish you had shared your concerns during your exit interview. We still would love to connect to better understand your feedback if possible. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to set up a time to discuss your concerns. Heather Nehiley – hnehiley@iso.com
