      Competency in payments domain, variety of projects, complexity of project, personal, technical and other challenges. Extremely informal work environment sometimes hovering at the boundary of unprofessionalism

      Pros

      Benefits We're great, but, but there definitely should have been more incentives. Giving sometimes you're working day and night. And you don't get over time. You're still salaried

      When I worked at I s t s I was a program manager managing the scholarships side of things. It Was a salaried position per yearhowever you had to work about ten to fifteen hours a day. I did have good benefits with the company but for the money that you're getting paid. Despite how much experience you have you have to work these crazy hours.

      Too Few Dev Support Staff to cover 24/7 Operations and SLA's - Salary far below national average for senior developers (20+ years) - DB Systems are infused with design flaws based on one-size-fits-all and years of laissez-faire program development.
