Pros

IT Labs is a good place to work. The atmosphere is positive and the environment is very supportive. People help each other and are always ready to give support. There are chances to work on different projects and in different industries, which makes the work interesting. It is a good place to learn and grow.

Cons

It’s dynamic place to work, as service oriented companies are. So if you prefer more laid back environment this might not be for you.

Pros

The only pro is the ability to work from home.

Cons

Lack of structure. Lack of company culture. I and 79 other employees were fired immediately after the client left. No amortization, no damage control. On Friday it was all honky dory, on Monday 9 am, we were all fired. To receive a raise, you need to beat Superman and Batman together.
