4 Years, only 43k Hike in CTC, and Zero Career Growth: A Disappointing Journey"

Appalling Salary Growth: Joined from campus at 4.25 LPA, and after 4 years, my CTC is only 4.68 LPA—a meager increase of just 43k in four years. Unfair Bench/Project Assignment Logic: Out of 20 trainees, 4 of us were selected for outperformance, yet we were left on the bench for 9 months while peers who failed internal exams were assigned to projects immediately. Forced into Meaningful-less Tasks: Forced into a monitoring project with zero training, where the entire daily job consisted of taking screenshots and sending status reports every two hours. Favoritism and Regional Bias: The management culture is extremely poor and heavily favors native colleagues. Internal Mobility and Bench Crisis: There is a severe lack of projects within the company, making internal project changes nearly impossible. They often force employees into mandatory night shifts. Toxic Layoff/Hiring Cycle: They heavily rely on hiring fresh campus graduates for trending technologies, only to sideline or push out seniors once the freshers pick up the work.
