ITCON promotes employee career development and achievements. They provide several incentives for employees to continue education and believes in promoting from within. They also believe in employee work life balance. The employee benefit package is great including short term disability and life insurance. Employee ideas are heard and taken into consideration. It's an atmosphere of inclusion and involvement from employees of all levels. I also love the diversity among the work force. We are all a melting pot of talents and a drive to succeed.

Cons

This is a fast paced environment and you have to have the desire to succeed. You have to be self motivated and put your skills to great use.
