it was quite a lax environment.

Cons

Too lax. Things never got done. Like moving me from intern to full time. So I'm quitting. The full time also was also very low, 45k.

Small, growing company with a young, mostly talented staff. Good inroads into various governmental IT programs for entry level employees. Decent benefits for a small company.

Cons

Salaries and work incentives gravitate toward the lower range of the spectrum, and the CEO frequently displays a narcissistic tone, prohibiting from investing in his company's future. High expectations of multi-responsibility work ethic for the lower wage and with little encouragement offered.
