8:30am-5:00pm working hours with 1.5 hours lunch break Not required OT with good coffee machine with sea view for open common area

Cons

Flexible seat, but not enough seating Not enough seating, but no Work From Home policy staff may need to sit in meeting room while not enough seats while meeting need the meeting room, those staff can only work in sofa branch Japanese management style, no development for Chinese staff
