Typical, long salary-man hours. Monoculture: recruits too many sports-types from major Japanese universities. Complete lack of vision in upper management. Company values self-sacrifice (self-destruction?) and group-loyalty over individual performance. No job description, so main working-level people have to do EVERYTHING. Company suffocates itself with lots of unnecessary admin and internal reporting. You will only advance in this company if you are Japanese AND male.

1. No good business in india only running through Japan very small company. 2. No Carrier growth. 3. Work culture is very bad specially in Gurgaon office, like torture 4. Full hold by old staff who worked more than 10 years specially in Finance & Admin department, worst to work in F&A. 5. Policies and procedures are very bad not for employee favour. 6. No Management control over the company policy 7. All employees are not happy with the company policies and culture dominating culture 8. You can be sacked any time for silly mistakes or discussion.
