They don’t seem to ever fire anyone
Cons
The hours are terrible. The management is borderline abusive. The turn over rate is so bad that it’s actually bottomed out. The union is pitiful. The pay hasn’t increased to reflect economic standards. Works in negative weather, snow storms, and heat waves. Doesn’t matter if you pass out from heat stroke or leave due to frostbite, management will say your just trying to get money out of them
