Definitely focused on providing value to the customer but at times to the detriment of employees

Pros

The company was pretty good at winning contracts, especially in the Middle East. Compensation for valued employees was pretty good.

Cons

Unfortunately the way contracts were won made them very difficult and at times costly to operate.
