Toxic culture and office politics overshadow learning opportunities

Pros

Small company so not much hassle. Learn and leave for better.

Cons

Highly TOXIC work culture driven by Italians. I would say it more of a italian mafia lead company instead MNC. Chinese intervention make things worse. No leadership, no decision making and high level of office politics that could ruin anyones career. Beware and join on your own risk.
