      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, in fact in some respects, ITT are penny wise and pound foolish Some really great people work there

      Cons

      Poisonous corporate culture driven from the very top Despite the soft rhetoric, this is a company that is all about the bottom line High stress, does not care about its staff other than as a resource to be used and discarded Risk averse to the extreme, ideas are quickly squashed if they don't conform to how things have been done before

      Gain experience in many different areas and industries

      Cons

      VC heads are unfair, unloyal and schyzophrenic. Inclusion and diversity, compliance, and so on are only words: when a top manager steals, he's accompanied to the door with a golden parachute, while the young employees are treated like beasts by uncapable senior VC heads

      Great local team, very talented individuals, supportive local management

      Cons

      APAC leadership is worst. They give impossible targets and set you to fail. Measure Performance on their expectations and not on YoY growth while the top management gets up to 200% bonus by rigging their numbers. It's a hedge fund where finance team gets hefty bonuses by playing with numbers and rips the technical teams.
