      Pros

      Close nit family atmosphere at the location I work at. Good work life balance. Quarterly employee events help keep moral high through the tough economic times.

      Cons

      Too many people getting laid off to keep stockholders happy. Skeleton crew may not be able to keep up when oil prices return and hiring will be slow.
