      Pros

      Its a lot more relaxed than other places. ITT (It Takes Times) as everyone jokes. So there is a lot of downtime. Moving up is something that is relatively easier since there is a high turnaround, especially for self driven individuals.

      Cons

      The pay is not up to par with other places which translates to the lack of drive to get things done as soon as possible. They have a pretty high turnaround with employees and upper management alike.
