Pros

Decent pay, good benefits and good Pto.

Cons

A lot of OT but, with the new manger a lot of people left because of the micromanaging and your looked at as a number not a person. This manager just makes so, many people work life harder and over complicate’s everything. The manager took a good thing with this place and is slowly running into the ground, he’s even got people taking early retirement by 5 years because they don’t want to deal with this person anymore. Just be aware if you apply for a job here there defiantly pros but, the one con is defiantly enough to sink any ship.

Lack of management communication

Pros

Great benefits. Competitive pay. Employees are helpful.

Cons

Lack of communication from management. They don't care about you unless you work within the office. Running out of raw material constantly. They have us sign " training papers". But never get hands on training. Threatens us with overtime because we haven't made our daily mark. But they don't supply us with tubs and raw materials.

Pros

LOADS of benefits, from discounts to health and dental. 2 weeks of vacation and 3 days of sick time. After 5 years you earn another week of vacation. After 15 years you get your final extra week for a total of 4 weeks.

Cons

The management is the worst I've ever seen in my life. You will be over worked and under paid no matter your position you have. You'll have minimal raises too, the best I've seen is 75 cents for a whole year of working. Considering I worked as a mechanic, quality inspector, operator and a line lead helper, you'd think I'd earn a bit more for a year.
