Some Fellow long term hourly employees are helpful. But Sr. Management and HR are "Just there"

Cons

Safety seems to have gotten worse recently with an employee getting hurt in a machine.

very keen on one culture type. If you dont fit, you dont last long. The diversity focus has good intent but has unintended consequences.
