Overall Not Terrible - Wouldn’t Return Though

Good benefits, great team work, personal development plans were well thought out, a lot of fundraising/involvement opportunities, overall a friendly atmosphere, when staffed properly there wasn’t a lot of overtime

Cons

Significant pay differences, was told not to discuss pay with coworkers (which is prohibited under the NLRA), overload of work when short staff which happened more often than not, not a lot of growth at certain locations, high turn over
