Pros

Strong work/life balance, good exposure to leadership, it is what you make it (this is good for some, a struggle for others), great ERGs to expose yourself to others outside of your segment

Cons

Below average pay, slow growth (a lot of politics), decentralized setting means you need to push to network outside of your segment.
