      Pros

      Good benefits Good people in some areas. I made some great friends at ITW-CIP

      Cons

      Don’t expect to move up in your career if your a man. They want women in management. So, even if you’re qualified; you will have to go somewhere else to get the position you want. I didn’t want to leave ITW. I was forced to in order to move my career forward.
