Pros

Really great insurance, no tolerance for harassment, clean work environment, great culture for COVID, and family support. The employee resource groups are great and very supportive. Safety is very important.

Cons

Workload and expectations are far above your title and pay. Very difficult to get promoted unless you have the full support of your direct management. Often expected to take on all the work from multiple other positions. Middle management does not support personal growth or diversity and inclusion as they don't understand it. The plan for the future with diversity, inclusion, and employee retainment is great, but the company has not figured out how to get the middle management to buy-in.

Pros

great health and 401k savings benefits. stable corporation. Coworkers are good likable people who want to do the right thing

Cons

Polymers and Sealants Division Management lacks balanced understanding of financials and operational mgmt. Lots of talk about culture but doesn't really care enough about the people. Talks about change but is afraid like most large industrial whales. Operates lean and so decentralized that it feels like a private equity sweatshop. Turnover is high.
