      Great Products and Great History

      Cons

      Company has gone through so many changes in the past few years. Management changes, mergers, let go lots of people that made the company great and replaced them with people who didn't know the industry or customer base. Parts of the company had consecutive years of poor sales and they didn't look back at what was successful in the past and only pushed forward with the changes that helped cause the poor sales.

      Profitable business, talented people from top to bottom

      Cons

      Business is in a long term transition, consolidation and centralization is taking place and will likely continue for quite awhile. Management systems are not modern and do not work with great efficiency. People are professional but morale is low.
