      A Very Horrible and Unprofessional Experience

      Worked with some great people my level and below.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management. No concrete foundation, no structure, no official training procedures, no support towards success, and s very stressful environment that is caused by the persons running the facility. Both are closet racist, that talk down to any minority during any type of conversation. The turnover rate for seasoned employees has reached disrespectful numbers.

      None to report. Hire B and C players so if you are an A player you could shine

      State they want to change but don't want to do anything differently. Marketing is not a priority in terms of resources and investment in tools of the trade. Engineering, operations and finance organization. Tenure matters more than talent.
