      Run by men who think women are better in the kitchen. Also the HR reps don't care what you have to say, you can bring any complaints to them and they mock you.

      Pros

      - Large and global organization. Each division and segment is so different so you can learn a lot - Excellent benefits! Medical insurance premiums with the wellness discount, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, etc. are all amazing - The ERGs are great ways to get involved and network

      Cons

      - Have to take on a lot more because ITW is "lean" - Often times lower salaries compared to market - While internal mobility is an initiative at corporate, it can be difficult to move divisions since some divisions don't want you to leave
