      Salary in this role, the role precious to my last role was amazing I regret leaving it.

      Cons

      Only in my last role, the strategic intent was quite overwhelming. Using funnels are great but your not allowed to develop a plan without being changed.

      Decent benefits, scholarship program for employees children entering trade schools, a good discount program through Ticketsatwork

      Cons

      If they want to get rid of you, they will either A. Hire someone to work under you, give them a new title and eliminate your position or B Destroy your self esteem with horrible reviews that no matter what you say, or how hard you work, will never get better, then put you on a "performance plan" that is basically 99% chance of them having "justifiable cause for termination". Theft runs rampant and they refused to install cameras because if they did, it would show they didn't"trust" their employees. Its a dog eat dog environment. Don't trust anyone, especially in HR.
