      Good hours, family oriented, some employees have been around for decades

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      No training for the job you've been given - ask all you want, they promise but don't deliver. They constantly, and without notice, change your job title, duties, expectations, but do not compensate for the changes. Work more, paid less! They say they hire internally, never do. In order to make their budgets, they cut front-line employees: extremely management heavy.

      Lots off good people to work with. Great leads and mold techs acting as supervisors trying to keep the place running.

      Cons

      Less then desirable upper management.
