      Good benefits, some great co-workers, not too strict. I like working here.

      Cons

      Hard work is not rewarded and most supervisors are impersonal.

Though feedback from Glassdoor is shared with local teams, I encourage you to meet in person with your manager and/or local Human Resources to directly share your concerns. That will help us more specially address the issues and continuously improve the work environment.

      A chance to become well rounded early on in your career with a lot of exposure to cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      You cannot advance quickly unless you are willing to relocate to anywhere in the country.

A career development path can lead several directions and being open to where that might take you does give you more career options. That is not always desired or practical for everyone so I encourage you to reach out to your local HR or management team to talk about your aspirations for your career.
