      The only pros I can speak of is the benefits they offer. Lots of holiday's good medical.

      A few good employees trying to keep employees positive and motivated.

      Cons

      Management heavy (5 managers for a few employees producing actual product), promotes change but refuses new ideas brought to the table, limited opportunity to advance career, Division leadership team is very out of touch with what goes on with employees, low morale.
